About QY Roam

QY Roam is a Singapore travel-connectivity service operated by QY Venture Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202207979H), a Singapore-registered company. Registered office: 6001 Beach Road, #13-11 Golden Mile Tower, Singapore 199589.

What we provide

QY Roam sells travel eSIMs and rents Pocket WiFi devices to customers travelling overseas. Pocket WiFi bookings include standard Singapore delivery and prepaid return at no extra charge. Travel eSIM orders are fulfilled digitally after payment confirmation.

Our role and network partners

QY Roam is not a mobile network operator and does not claim to be the underlying overseas telecommunications carrier. Travel connectivity may be supplied through third-party eSIM, roaming and mobile-network providers. QY Venture Pte. Ltd. is responsible for the QY Roam customer booking, payment, fulfilment coordination and customer-support experience.

Pricing and payment

All customer prices are displayed in Singapore dollars before checkout. Pocket WiFi standard delivery and prepaid return are included in the displayed rental price. Travel eSIM pricing is shown only for combinations currently available for online purchase. Payments are processed through the secure checkout presented to the customer.
