QY Roam is operated by QY Venture Pte. Ltd. This notice explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data in connection with Pocket WiFi bookings, travel eSIM orders, delivery, returns, digital fulfilment, support and website use.
What we collect
We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery address, travel destination and dates, selected product or plan, order and payment status, fulfilment and support correspondence, device-return status, and technical information such as browser, device and website interaction data. Payment card data is processed by our payment provider and is not intended to be stored directly by QY Roam.
How we use personal data
We use personal data to process bookings and payments, fulfil travel eSIM orders, deliver and recover rental devices, provide customer support, prevent fraud or loss, improve our service, maintain accounting and operational records, comply with legal obligations, and measure marketing performance where permitted.
Service providers and overseas transfers
We may disclose necessary data to payment processors, couriers, eSIM or connectivity fulfilment providers where required to supply the selected service, hosting and analytics providers, communications providers and professional advisers. Some providers may process data outside Singapore. We take reasonable steps to ensure transferred data receives protection comparable to that required under applicable Singapore data-protection law.
Marketing and analytics
We may use cookies or similar technologies, including Google Ads, Meta and TikTok advertising measurement tools, to understand website performance, campaign effectiveness and attributed bookings. Where consent is required, these technologies should be activated only after consent. You can change your measurement preference using the website privacy choices control or contact us to withdraw marketing consent.
Retention and security
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably required for fulfilment, support, contractual claims, device recovery, accounting and legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to or correction of personal data held about you, or withdraw consent where applicable, subject to legal exceptions. Requests should include enough information for us to verify and process them.
