QY Roam is operated by QY Venture Pte. Ltd. This notice explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data in connection with pocket WiFi bookings, delivery, returns, support and website use.

What we collect

We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery address, travel destination and dates, order and payment status, support correspondence, device-return status, and technical information such as browser, device and website interaction data. Payment card data is processed by our payment provider and is not intended to be stored directly by QY Roam.

How we use personal data

We use personal data to process bookings and payments, deliver and recover rental devices, provide customer support, prevent fraud or loss, improve our service, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, and measure marketing performance where permitted.

Service providers and overseas transfers

We may disclose necessary data to payment processors, couriers, hosting and analytics providers, communications providers and professional advisers. Some providers may process data outside Singapore. We take reasonable steps to ensure transferred data receives protection comparable to that required under applicable Singapore data-protection law.

Marketing and analytics

We may use cookies or similar technologies, including advertising measurement tools, to understand website performance and campaign effectiveness. Where consent is required, these technologies should be activated only after consent. You can contact us to withdraw marketing consent.

Retention and security

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably required for the purposes above, contractual claims, device recovery, accounting and legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
